My secret beauty recipe and best makeup tips... No secrets. I barely know how to use my own make up! I realized I have to keep trying different and new things thanks to Meg. Some things that help me, though, are drinking lots of water and using blush and bronzer everyday!How long does it really take me to get ready? What's my beauty routine? 5 minutes - not much glam! ____________________________ Ok, I have to amend this! Since I've been a tester for Meg I've become a make up junkie (before it was just lipstick). I now have my very own make up organizer and giant box just filled with lipgloss/stick. I could spend hours using and playing around with my makeup. I used to get ready quickly, but now it takes me about an hour (including hair drying). I daydream about going to Sephora at work. Its sick...but in a really good way:)While Meg's mom used to give her at-home perms, my most mortifying makeup moment is... mel9 says, Hi Olliebee! I still know I look better in reds and darker colors, but as long as the eyes are done up pretty dramatic, the nude works! The nude lipstick "color" was Visionary by Lancome and the gloss is clear with some sparkles, also by Lancome called "Up in Smoke" - one of their new color fever glosses. txtipster says, Have you tried Vincent Longo's gel stains? I really like them. They stay on forever and not as drying as some others I've tried. I usually put a clear gloss or lip balm on top of stains to keep my lips feeling moist.
chiquita says, sorry for the delayed response but i just realized my responses sent through my blackberry never went through so I'm coming back to try it again:)..I"m glad I'm not the only one who benefits from the goodness of water.. it was actually my dad that got me on the bandwagon....he was so tired of having to buy me kit after acne kit to try to resolve my skin issues..he thought i just didnt drink enough water.....so he banned me from the kits and allowed only water....sure enough it did help...so now its a staple of my everyday living...I still need the kit but its not nearly as bad. trix6 says, OMG who is that adorable puppy??? Anyway, yes, Chanel mascara is the tried and true standard for me. Although, I have been cheating on it lately with Givenchy Fly Eye. It puts on quite a bit of length and the weird thing is, it doesn't feel like you have any mascara on.
