Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Also, exfoliate at least 3X a week. I try to eat very healthy, organic food, take vitamins and exercise. I believe in moderation -- no extreme and depriving diets/exercise programs. |

For work, I try to limit my routine to 30 minutes from shower to out the door. Having a 2 year old has pushed me to be more efficient with my morning routine. For a night out on the town, I give myself an hour to get "glam". |
