Oil Pulling will do wonders for your complexion. Its an old school Ayurvedic treatment (supposed to be good for stuff like sinuses, allergies and liver problems too). Ok, sounds weird but here it is in a nutshell: swish a couple tablespoons of safflower oil(veggie oil will do) in your mouth for 20 mins (careful not to swallow) first thing in the morning. Spit, brush teeth, down a glass of water. Do that every morning, you should see results in a few days. And yes, I forget to do it for months at a time (20 mins in the morning is precious), but do I ever regret it.
