I llloveeeee my clarisonic mia!!!!!! I have only had it a week, but it makes washing my face so fun! I get really excited. I find the mia really great compared to the full size as it does the same job just with fewer choices of speed which is fine with me. I can notice a dif in the smoothness of my face already and I am hoping that when I come back to add to this review in a month that I will have even more positive results. It is realllly fun!here is a more in depth review of it:week 1 review:well i have been using my clarisonic mia for one week now.. still early days considering, most people i read on makeup alley see results more in the 3 week period, some with purging some not. I am thinking i will update every week esp if i notice different results.I am using my mia with the sensitive brush with various cleansers, either my gow ones: i have 3, cetaphil, or my black african soap. After i used it the first day i was in LOVE! it is soooo fun to use! makes me actually look forward to washing my face and i get excited .. funny.After the first day of using it- (i used it both morn and eve for the first few days, for a min, occasionally 2) i noticed my nose pores to be alot smaller and less noticeable! happpydance! i even said to my sister.. theyve gone!!!!but no, not gone they just fill up again by the end of the day, but are def smaller i can see that.I got this brush fairly cheap considering the full size clarisonic price which is 225 or something.. this one is basically the same - as in it does the same job, just with less bells and whistles... literally.. it doesn't make that beeping noise every 10 secs.. which i don't need cos i can count  the mia is smaller easier to handle.. brush size and action are the same, just has less speeds. A plus of the mia is not only the size but that the charger is awesome, so neat and handy and international.. all you need is the plug adapter not a converter.. also glad to not have that huge cradle for charging as my bathroom is v - small. After using if morn and night for 3 days and using my bha after.. I did notice some flaking around my nose.. I decided to only use it at night from now on.. although they say this isnt an exfoliater and you can use it twice a day, I do worry what the long term results of over exfoliating may do.. esp if i use aha and bha. So once a day at one min feels good to me. This brush head is very soft, i was surprised, there is a softer one called delicate too. Ive ordered some brushes on ebay brand new for about 16 bux each. You have to change the brush head every 3-4 months (kind of expensive) so the yearly expense has to be factored into the original expense.. which for me was 115 i think.. after i got a 20% discount. The thing comes with a sensitive brushhead and I am taking care it doesnt get any bacteria by spraying it with alcohol after every use, though the clarisonic reps do say the brush is coated with an antibacterial coating, but well, I am playing it safe. I am hoping if I am only using this once a day for a min that maybe i can keep the brushhead on longer. I have had a few blemishes in my time of using it.. i would say a little more than normal, but i am also in my pms week so i usually get that. Also after day 4, i had a good look at my skin, and those bumps and clogged pores on my jaw and cheeks i have been going on about that were given to me by mmu (edm ) and i would say they have slightly subsided, bit disappointed they aren't gone  but i am hoping they will. While looking in the mirror at these i couldnt resist and had to have a big squeeze sesh  stuff came out readily and I attribute that to the brush loosining stuff up so it will come out better. Since i attacked my skin, i did get marks and spots, inevitable, and have been applying coconut oil to make them heal up quicker, it does seem to work!:)So alas i still have the stubborn clogged pores on my cheeks as of yet but my skin does feel smoother to the touch.. i think it has made a difference in a week, just not what as much as i had hoped.. i wanted those amazing results that everyone talks about on makeup alley. Those reviews are really incredible. Other claims they made :fine lines diminishing-- no still the sameskin tone better-- actually i think it is - i think my face looks less read and irritated after washing compared to my normal way with a washcloth.. i do see less red.help with oilyness or dryness-- no results there yet- still reallllly oily esp right now at pmshelp with product absorption- perhaps- not really noticed.So overall so far in week one i am happy and do feel good about my investment- i LOVE using it, makes me feel really clean but also not like i am scrubbing my face to death- 1 min goes by verry quickly, it really is more light than i thought it would be- it is the pulsey vibrating that does the work ( you dont press face just skim with it) and it feels divine esp in the shower with the steam and water working it's magic. wow that was longer than i thought.. phew!Also regarding makeup- you dont use this on your eyes - so what i do is usually take off my eye stuff with oil or cetaphil first and if i have foundation on take that off too with a quick rinse.
