I am a huge family girl, but I have had a long standing relationship with cosmetics and skincare for almost 30 years now. Yes,I do believe that when I was an infant I cried if I did not get the correct booty powder. My animals are my babies and my husband and step daughter are my life. My husband said that if I talk to him about makeup\skincare\cosmetics anymore then we are going to have to get divorced. Thus I am branching out and looking to find my online family lol. I am self employeed and this gives me much time to devote to my passion of helping people. My current mission is to help cancer patients with "Make me Beautiful" days. I am a big believer that if you look good then you feel good. I am an ex smoker so I prob go over board on skincare trying to reverse the damange, but we will see. OMG, there was a mask by garnier that my daughter told me I had to try. I have very sensitive skin, but since I had not had any troubles in the past few months I decided to give it a go. BAD IDEA. 90 seconds into the mask my skin started warming up, and then came the fire. I washed it off as quick as I could but my face was more red than the Gatorade I was drinking. We even tried putting milk on my face to sooth it, but nothing would work except time. |

The Face of a 22 year old...
Ok So let me start by saying that my husband is 26 years older than me and looks maybe 4 years older than me due to the fact that he has been taking blue\green algae for 15+ years. I am amazed that it has just now been worked into skin care. The brand is called Algenist and it is HEAVEN!! I am 29 and have very oily,sensitive, acne prone skin and almost EVERYTHING has some sort of reaction on my face. I was shaking when I went into Sephora to get samples of this wonder serum ,moisturizer, and eye cream. I got home and washed my face and went to work. My skin felt like silk!! Lip Balm of Love
Ok so this is kind of a two in one - but since they are both lip balm I chose to keep as 1 post. Have I mentioned that I love lip balm, really, I have even checked out the LBA (lip balm anonymous) in my local area. So here are my must have will never be with out at least 2 new unused ones in the house at all times.1. Jack Black - Natural Mint - I can close my eyes and it's just like I'm putting on La Mer. But I think this one is better :)2. Buxom Lip Plumping Balm in Portofino - it's the perfect color, the taste is great (not my usual mint) and even somewhat addictive. I love it, love it, love it. I seriously can't go anywhere without this. I've even been known to put it in my bra at times...hehe
The Body Shop Coconut Body Butter
Ok so I have crackly dry hands. I love Korres body butter for my feet, but it is a little to greasy for my hands. I use my laptop, my phone, and most importantly I touch my face alot!! I just found the Body Shop body butter a few weeks ago at Sephora. I had like 1000 VIB points and needed to do some cashing in. I found this is the mini section right next to the checkout and at $5.00 this was in my willing to try price range. No kidding, I went back the next day and got 3 more! The lotion last at least 3-4 hours before I have to reapply and it's not greasy at all! It last forever too. The travel 1.69oz lasted me 18 days. Must Must Must have for me.
