My secret beauty recipe and best makeup tips... My biggest beauty secrets are 1. 8+ hrs of sleep, 2. half your bodyweight in ounces of H2O per day ex: 120 lbs. = 120/2 oz. ~ 60 oz. of water, 3. do what ever makes you feel sexy, and do it often. For me, that means belly dancing and wearing sexy undies, 4. white pencil under the eye, 5. no chicken or beef and lots of single cell protein (spirulina), 6. vitamins from a whole-food source, such as spirulina, 7. system cleanse at least yearlyHow long does it really take me to get ready? What's my beauty routine? Well, if we start in the shower, that's 30 min. to wash the hair, buff, and shave. Then, after the shower, we have the pre-glam, which consists of the basics: brushing teeth, drying ears, putting the first cream on the face, and deciding what to wear. That's about 15-20 minutes. Now for mega-glam! Start with hair: put in volumizing cream, mouse, shinny oil, and blow dry. Move on to face: moisturize and dot on concealer. While waiting for concealer to set, do eyes: mascara, eyelid base, and eye shadow. Powder face and move back to hair. But before hair, lotion up body and put on some clothes. 45 min. Hair: backcomb, spray, backcomb, spray, and on and on until your arms fall off. Then, style, and spray. 30 min. Back to face: Lips are left. Line and apply color. 2 min. Done in 2 hours.While Meg's mom used to give her at-home perms, my most mortifying makeup moment is...
