Still no sign of my package :-(

Girl, where is the website on "Where's My Frenchfry" or fries. The title of your book reminds me of Chelsea Handler's titles and Candace Bushnell's as well. Very clever. I hope all is working out for you. I know you're busy, but was happy to see that you quoted on your FB page that things are going your way. Or at least they're looking up. I've been up since 5:30 this morning because my job is a hop, skip and a jump to BFE and the traffic here is L.A. big time!! I am not a morning person. I hate it. It makes me want to just rip everyone's head off!! : )) smiling in case the FBI, CIA, THE KGB, and goodness knows who may read this!! Now I want you to email me about how your plans are going on about your house. I'm sure you're beyond busy, but give me a holler!! I've been wondering how you've been doing emotionally since everything. Hope all is well. Everyone is wishing you the best. You're the strong one and you always will be. Remember that. Hi rubysbeauty i have sent 3 emails in total to the "contact us" > "makeup points questions" the last one was answered by Eleni 9 days ago she said she would look into it and get back to me and that was the last I heard. :-(

I cashed in my 250 points a few months ago, and guess what arrived in my mailbox yesterday? The large palette from ELF! I was so thrilled! Sooo many colours to choose from...I also got a little packet of makeup remover wipes - perfect for travel! I agree with lilychemgirl, I'm not a fan of synthetics and parabens either, it's unfortunate they end up in so many makeup lines...although I am happy that ELF doesn't test on animals. Regardless, I'm still sporting a nice blend of coppers and browns on my eyes today, one of the bronzers and a nice light pink lip gloss. Fabulous gift! (I just don't know where I'm going to store it...)

i got my 250 package today! I feel so spoiled. I also got the honey heel glaze. It smells so good and my feet are getting some much needed tlc today. It came with a nifty little fan brush which is going to be used on my face instead as it is the softest brush I've ever felt.I also got the lorac eyeshadow, (which is so much better than my mac mineralize shadows) a tarte eyeliner and an Urban decay glitter eyeliner which i had to try on straight away. I love this. Thanks meg!

Ok so I traded in 250 points on the 10th of January I received a packaged from Meg this morning and it was sent on the 10th of May, I received the large palette from ELF and it was completely ruined I can't salvage anything from it at all some of the black plastic has been smashed off and all the makeup was smashed to bits and its in the bin, and I'm not surprised as sending something like this to the UK without Fragile written on it it wasn't going to survive. To say I'm pissed after waiting 4 months and 11 days to get this is an understatement. I feel sorry that Meg has wasted her money sending me it as it cost her $17 !!!  I could have cried when I opened the package :-(

It kind of seems to me that the international/non-US people get their stuff first when there is a big mailing? Maybe not, but that's what it seems like. I'm still waiting for my 250 point package from February.

Sharon, I'm sorry for this. There have been many Megheads that have had the same problem with their ELF palette, but at least none of them got it with a 2 month delay! We will send you a replacement gift this week!

I can see how it might seem that international members get their packages sooner, especially as I seem to have been the first to receive their package from the 12th shipment. In all honesty, I often get packages from America or China before I receive those sent within my own country. The reason for this is that the number of distribution centers international mail has to travel through before ending up at the local post office is far less than if being sent within my own country. When mail enters NZ and is cleared by customs (which is much quicker for those marked gift as vs those not) it's sorted for the next center and placed on a truck and sent (usually over night) to my local distribution center (which happens to be just one hop from where international mail comes in, so it doesn't have to pass through any other centers between there and here). From there, they sort it (usually that morning so it's ready for that days delivery) and send it to the local post office for actual delivery. There's a lot more steps in the process for something coming from another town, and even more if it comes from the South Island. I imagine that this could be said to be the same or very similar for many other countries.

so does everyone redeem their points at 250?  I am really curious as well to see what people got at 50 and 150 points.

Wow it is almost 3 months of a 250 points and my 1st one ..... can't help but be a tad sad! Guess I got missed on this one. I even offered to pay for it. It was before the news of shipping to be PP and I have no issues to pay for it. :-(

I haven't gotten my 250 points February package from 2/01/10 either, RubysBeauty.  I have about 3 other submissions since then that I haven't gotten, but that was the earliest of them.  I'm in the U.S., too.  I'm not complaining; I'm just putting it out there so others who haven't received theirs have the peace of mind knowing that they're not alone!

 I can't wait to get mine!!

@rubysbeauty ..I lost hope after reading how many have not gotten packages. I'm glad you are hanging in there :-)  This was my 1st one and I took the advise of holding out to 250 for all the wonderful items at 250 and not the other points. I sure do enjoy reading and check out all the new items here.

YAY! I checked the mail today, and got my Meg's Makeup package. (: I ordered it back in February, and got it today - Tuesday, June 1st. Good things come to those who wait! I believe it was the Even Cooler package, but I am not sure. Anyways, I got three wonderful items: -Plump N' Thick Thickening Shampoo - Nick Chavez, Beverly Hills (The 8 oz bottle is $20 on there website, but I got a 2 oz) -Baked Matte Satin Eye Shadow in Drama - Lorac (website says $22) -Lip Veil - Napolean Perdis  (website says $20) [I already put the color on and I LOVEEE it. It's so smooth, smells good, and gives the perfect amount of color/shine for a normal day.] Thank you so much for the lovely package. I have never even though about owning makeup this nice. It's amazing, thanks!
