Thanks for starting this thread, and thank you for replying to my eyeshadow question in my guestbook. I write so much and sometimes forget to check back for responses. Sounds like it was an ELF week. Is everyone else as impressed by the quality and value of this makeup? How does their regular line compare to the studio stuff?

I also got the E.LF. large makeup kit, it arrived with a cracker mirror and broken light powder. I cleaned it and taped over the mirror so nobody else would cut themselves (because my sister was dumb and touched it). The lipglosses in the kit really work great! There is so many colors to try though! I have 239 points, so I am almost ready for another prize. (:

I cashed in 250 points on Jan. 8th and received my package last week. I got a note from Meg, an ELF Studio large makeup palette. It comes with 84 eye shadows, 36 lip glosses, 6 blushes, 4 concealers, 4 shimmer cream shades, and 4 bronzer shades. I have used it once so far and I really like it. Only prob is a couple of the blushes were broken during shipping but no biggie can still use the other fab things in it. I really like the gloss. The colors are beautiful and I really like the palette. I just need to do some playing around with the colors :). I also received 2samples of Diana B. bath gel one in Black Fig and the other is Maple Sugar Lychee Nut I also received Diana B. Body lotion in Green Tea Desert Grapefruit. I have only tried the Black Fig. I am going to try to use it like a bubble bath. I was quite surprised when it came because I expected it to take a couple months to get here but am so happy with it! Thanks so much Meg and team for your generosity!!!

I guess I'm just super-lucky!  I received the ELF palette too - and not a single thing was broken.  I've never used ELF before, so I'm looking forward to checking this out.  I haven't used it yet, because I have a couple of other palettes going right now.  And I'll get too confused if I start working on another one!  Also, I might just get generous and give mine to one of my daughters or nieces.  "Might" is the operative word.

OMG! I finally received my 250 points package! This was my first redemption gift. I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH, ELENI! You've picked the perfect stuff for me! It's totally worth waiting. While everyone else gets ELF palette, I think I'm the only one here who got these - Alofe African Cape Aloe Cleansing Foam and Skin Toner. Both of them came in 150ml, sort of huge! Driven by curiosity, I checked the prices online, guess what, they cost $61 in total. How generous you guys are! I was secretly hoping that I wouldn't be another Meghead receiving ELF product because I don't wear that much makeup now. What I have is pretty enough for me (this may change evetually, so well at this moment I do think so ;P). The toner leaked out so some of the product was wasted. I was sad about it. Other than that everything's fine! You know what, a few days before I received my package, I had finished my face cleanser so I had to use my sister's. But I hated it, smells really awful! The Alofe cleanser came in time and saves me! The most amazing thing is that I loved my cleanser and the texture and smell of the Alofe one is very similar to it. For the skin toner, I have to admit that I love it!!!!!!! It leaves my skin a cooling sensation, it just makes me feel soooooo good (I can imagine it is even more awesome to use it in summertime)! I'm considering re-ordering it if I finish it. THANK YOU again Eleni, and Meg, of course! People on this blog is truly beautiful, beauty that beyond superficial.  

Another happy recipient of the ELF palette. One of the blushes was broken and got into some of the lippies, but it cleaned up easy enough. It looks great- haven't had a chance to try it yet though. This rocks!

I got mine last week. I was so happy because this time it took less than the usual 2 months! I received the Large Elf Makeup Palette ( a $40 value). I've read that lots of people had troubles with cracked mirrors or eyeshadows, but this was not the case for me. And I live in Canada so it made a pretty far jourey. I really like the palette. The brushes are for the most paty surprisingly good quality. The colours I think would be very flattering for all skin tones and there is a huge variety. THe lipglosses have the perfect amount of pigment and last for a decent amount of time. The blushes are a nice colour and look good on and the bronzers are really nice to. They give your skin a healthy glow without looking cakey. The darkest one is very dark though, so be careful. I also got Diana B Sugar Scrub in Peach Frangipani. I have to say this stuff smells amazing! Also I like it's texture. Usually I use a homemade scrub with sugar, honey and olive oil, but this one does a much better job. THe beads are the perfect size and make my skin feel so soft. And of course I got one of those cute makeup cards with a small message from Meg on the back. Definately so happy with it. I cannot thank you enough Meg!

YAY! i got my package!!! i cashed in 250pts sometime late dec (i've been delayed and haven't checked my mailbox for about 1.5 wks! yikes!! i know! i guess that's what happens when you spent 13hours a day at uni and work!)......... i received Elf large palette NOT a single crack or ANYTHING!!!! it traveled all the way to australia, i was in awe by how gentle the PO handle posts around here :):) The colours were oh so beautiful! i'm so very happy to receive this! I also got the Invicible scars advanced scar therapy I LITERALLY jumped up and down when i saw this product!!! My mum just looked at me like i was a crazy lady. but BOY am i excited! I wrote on my profile about my recent acne issues spanning over the past 4 months and the scarring! My mum also got super excited when i showed her what megsmake up sent me.. her face lit because she's been trying to rid her surgery scar for years!!! i can't wait to use this THANK YOU SO MUCH MEG+ELENI. You guys have made my gloomy tiring day vibrant! I LOVE you both!

another happy ELF palette recipient!  and it was perfect and is perfect.  i had never used ELF before and now can't quit playing with it.  i've worn eyeshadow everyday since it arrived and since i'm the laziest woman alive and normally only can be bothered with mascara that's saying something!  and it lasts all day - there's one blush color that reminds me so much of NARS orgasm - i love it!  there were a couple of other samples in the package but a friend that was here swiped them - i keep telling everyone they should sign up.  where else can you get super cool stuff just for voicing your opinion!?  THANKS MEG!!!

Anime, as Punkeydew said in her original post at the top of the page, you can visit the "Makeup Points Questions" link on the right side of the page (under "Contact Us") for inquiries about the status of your submissions.  I believe it can take 90 days to receive your package, and it probably depends on how busy they are and where you're located, so I wouldn't worry too much.  Try to be patient, but contact Eleni at the link on the right if you feel it necessary.  :)

Ladies, could we not do the "countdown to cash out points" thing here?  I am not calling anyone out despite this post's unfortunate placement in the forum.  It's something I've been meaning to say.  Let's keep this forum relevant to its name and conversations with other MegHeads about their products.  If somebody wants to have a countdown about points, then make a forum for it.  Again, I am not trying to hurt anyone's feelings or start any drama.  I'm gettin' off the soapbox now.  :) 

for people with broken ELF palettes, how did u get it out of the lip products? my shadows are still totally usable but idk how to get the blushes out of my lippies. i wanna see the colors and salvage them! this reminds me, the weather is so nice in dc, i will do a colorful look using this palette. 

I got the ELF Palette too! Thanks so much Meg! I was shocked to find out that the pigmentation in the shadows is FANTASTIC. I rocked a really pretty gold/copper eye today thanks to Meg. I also really loved the lip glosses. In my experience palette glosses tend to be sticky and not pigmented at all, but these are fantastic. I finally got to try out an orange gloss which I've been meaning to do for awhile. Receiving that palette totally made my day :)

My goodies (21 Jan redemption, mailed 11 Mar & received 19 Mar): a full-size Alofe Age-defying day cream (http://shop.alofeproducts.com/Alofe-Age-Defying-Day-Cream-169-fl-oz-50ml-6009660076336.htm) & a sachet of DianaB Maple Sugar Lychee Nut bath gel.  I was crossing my fingers that I would get the ELF palette (which would be good for practicing my make-up skills) but these are just as wonderful :). I got my 250 point parcel today, having turned in my points 26 january.  It was the ELF palate and a makeup removing wipe and some organic oil based lube (which can apparently double as massage oil).  I'm a little disappointed to have received the ELF palate, as it has chemicals (parabens, talc etc.) in it that I avoid, but I'll just swap it :)  I thought it was pretty quick considering I am in New Zealand, and the ELF palate arrived in perfect condition :) 

Personally I'm really excited to read this, thanks so much for sharing Lily. I was concerned that packages to NZ might wind up taking a month or more longer than was normal or whatever was sent might arrive in a nightmarish state.

I got the ELF palette today! I was so so happy when I saw the package at the post office. I hadn't yet expected my gift from here so I was skipping with excitement all the way home from the post office. I couldn't wait to open it! And I almost fainted when I saw it was the palette and how huuuge it is! Thank you so so much Meg!! It is so generous and I really appreciate it.
