I have not had rhinoplasty but would like to voice my personal opinion. When I was younger (in my teens) I wanted nose surgery because I felt like my nose could look better and it actually didn't look like anyone in my families nose which I felt odd about. I am so glad I waited and decided not to change a thing. Your opinion changes and you learn to love things about you and things that make you - you. My nose is unique and I wouldn't change it for the world now. I think when people are younger they want to change things to fit in or to feel better about themselves but a lot of times you grow out of that insecurity and learn to love your own unique look. So my opinion is that people should wait until they are at least in their mid twenties to make a change in their appearance if at that point that is what they want to do. Learn to be happy with what you have 

I don't know because I've never had any plastic surgery but I'd wait as long as you possibly can. Your body could still be growing and changing - for example my boobs expanded when I was ~25, and my formerly giant ears seemed to settle in my face.

My opinon is if you can afford it and want it then get it! I dont know how old you are but i feel like you shouldnt go through life insecure or self conscious about anything. Everyone will tell you different- oh your so pretty - dont mess up anything - your fine the way your are- BUT they arent in your mind or body. If you want plastic surgery get it, and you will be even more beautiful (: BTW- im getting plastic surgery next year for my graduation present hehe sooo yeah im young. As long as your 18 i say go for it!
