So I've always wanted to know how to put eye liner on the inside of the upper eye lid called tight boxing. I watched a YouTuvie video on it, but that didn't help much. Whenever I try, my eyes water really bad and I have to stop. So do any of you have tips on how to put it on?

Hmm, I put eyeliner right on the lashline but not inside. I think the chances for irritation are too high with putting inside the lid. Good luck!

If you lift your lid like your looking under your top lid... as you look down you line your top waterline and also wiggle the liner inbetween the lashes and smooth it out. Good Luck.

What eyeliner are you using? Some eyeliners irritate my eyes if I tight line them while others don't. The creamier the product is, the easier it will be to apply. The Loreal Intense pencil eyeliner is perfect for tight lining and so is the one by Stila. I don't pull my lids to apply liner because that can make my eyes water. Instead, I just tilt my head slightly back while looking in the mirror and apply.

It depends on the brand. I think you have to find water base eyeliner.

I use a gel liner and just slightly lift the upper lid. It goes on really smooth due to the texture without pulling or tugging of a penicle which helps decrease irritation and creates a smooth and even finish. Good luck!!=]
