I'm a 29 year old stay-at-home Mom and Wife. I have a wonderful husband that I adore. We just published our first book called Around Crockett. It's a postcard series history book about our fabulous little town of Crockett!
Things I enjoy are

I can't live without this product... I wouldn't die, but I would suffer greatly without this product... Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny Serum Without this product, I'd have to start drinking at noon ;-) ... CoverGirls's Lash Blast Mascara  | I've searched the world over for a mascara that separates, lengthens, and volumizes! I've tried almost every mascara on the market and always been disappointed with them. CoverGirl's Lash Blast mascara not only surprised me but delivered clumpless lashes full of volume! I was always weary of drugstore makeup- I would think, how could a $6 mascara compare to the quality of Dior or Lancome?? I mean spending more gives you a waay better product, right??? Waay NOT! I've tried those fancy smancy mascaras and they do not do what this drugstore orange gem does for me. I am a fan of color- so the packaging is nice and bright. Probably marketed for the sixteen-somethings, this almost 30 year old mommy thinks its awesome! :) Try it, you'll like it!

My secret beauty recipe and best makeup tips... Baby powder in your hair to wick up oil on the days you don't wash your hair... Crest Vivid White toothpaste for a bright white smile. This stuff is amazing, in day and night formulas, I use the day stuff...Mascara, mascara, mascara...keeps eyes and face looking pretty when I don't want to wear makeup. I'm always in search of the best mascara...and using NATURAL light when applying makeup!How long does it really take me to get ready? What's my beauty routine? Glam, like an hour and a half, but that's like ulta glam which I don't do anymore since the baby. Wine breaks are required but I usually I have a beer (so bad for my waistline, but oh so refreshing.)I usually need an hour tops. OK an hour and ten minutes.While Meg's mom used to give her at-home perms, my most mortifying makeup moment is... Waxing off my widow's peak. That was just stupid. It's still growing back...and I did that years ago!!! My celebrity doppelganger (or so I'm told sometimes) is... During my childhood I looked like Winnie Cooper from the tv show The Wonder Years. But just last month while wearing a vintage polyester hawaiian dress and a curly hairdo, I got Katy Perry. :)

I still haven't tried Jane Iredale...lol, the only thing mineral i have right now is some suki tinted active moisturizer and the concealer. i have to wear makeup everyday so this comes in handy...at least i can wear something that's good for my skin you know what I mean? Nice pics and the baby is getting soo big:) What a cutie! Have a good week and good hearing from you!

It's a little easier there because at least I can see the colour in the bottle, but right now, it's still hard to pay so much money for something thats not my shade! Wow. Who know it'd be this hard.
