My secret beauty recipe and best makeup tips... 1) Milk of Magnesia as a mask at night during the sumer when skin is extra oily 2) Starting off the day with hot lemon water clears up your skin 3) Drink anything dark (coffee, tea, cranberry juice etc.) through a straw so it wont stain your teeth 4) ALWAYS wear sun block, or better yet stay out of the sun as much as you can.. you'll be the one looking young and glam while your sun worshiping friends will soon look like old handbags. 5) sleep on a satin pillow case, it not only prevents sleep wrinkles (creasing) but it keeps your hair soft and prevents it from shedding in your sleep 6) Drink at LEAST 8 glasses of water a day 7) ask your doctor about what Omega-3 supplements might be appropriate for you, they can work wonders for your hair, skin, health, and general sparkle. 8) Bath and Body works makes a fantastic product called one minute Manicure.. I keep this by my sink, and when my nails look a bit raggedy I wash for a minute with this, and it looks as though I've been to the salon.. AMAZING. 9) DD alert.. Revlon makes a conditioning product that's the same gloss that comes in their color boxes, but works for untreated hair as well (i don't color my hair). I use this once a week and it leaves my hair super soft and shiny. more to come!How long does it really take me to get ready? What's my beauty routine? just running to the grocery store.. 10 minutes during the day.. 1/2 hour Night out.. up to 2 hours or more including flat ironing etc. what can I say?While Meg's mom used to give her at-home perms, my most mortifying makeup moment is...
