I get awful terrible period pain. I'm always one step away from the heating pad. This remedy to cure cramps really did subside some of my pain! Believe it or not-I'm really not all that athletic-Shocker, I know. However, just being a typical stress case brings me enough knots and tension (my back is ridiculous) that this Type-A can go head to head with any marathon runner on ache!
