I can't live without this product... I wouldn't die, but I would suffer greatly without this product... MAC Studio Stick Foundation This is the best product I have found to cover dark circles... Hello I AM Italian, so I know a thing or two about circles and this gives the best coverage without being heavy or cakey! I also use it for my base on my lids and lips!!
I like "MAC Studio Stick Foundation" (Others who like it too...mel9 ) Leave a comment or review | No reviews or comments |
Without this product, I'd have to start drinking at noon ;-) ... Nars Blush in Crazed This is such a HOT shade. It is like a sparkley plumy-pink and it is so chic on! The pigment is insane so you need just a little bit but it doesn't disappear after a day on the town like others do!!

My secret beauty recipe and best makeup tips... My secret is throw away all the rules, don't let something you want to try intimidate you, you want blue, pick the right shade for you. Everyone can wear anything just be daring, its makeup not surgery!!How long does it really take me to get ready? What's my beauty routine? Me, 1 1/2 hours not including the shower!! I know, its sad, but I'm sorta OCD about it and margarita breaks for me!!!While Meg's mom used to give her at-home perms, my most mortifying makeup moment is... I have had some wicked hair issues!!! Thank god my girl does it for me now and its never been better! My celebrity doppelganger (or so I'm told sometimes) is... Marissa Tomei, when she was in My Cousin Vinnie, but I don't see it!

mel9 says, Oh geez-I'm sure I'll come up with an excuse to come in, but I"ve got to try not to...just got my latest credit card bill-my safety net savings is completely gone, and I'm paycheck to paycheck now-sooo scary!! But of course there's tax refunds soon, so if that covers my Tigers season tics and then some...I'll be in for sure!! So...the hair...I ended up LOVING it! Didn't hurt that it got me more male attention than I've ever had in my life-my principal, who I was most worried about actually loved it...but it was just too extreme...so I had it toned down. It's still really red, but not traffic stopping anymore. If I worked at a bar or something I'd never change it again, but with this damn job just didn't feel "professional"-the kids went crazy for it, though. So...had it 4 days and never even got a picture =((
mel9 says, Just made my appt for the 19th at 2:30, Jen!!! Perfect cuz I'm getting my haircut that day too - all I have left to do is make some hot plans for the evening now! I'm surprised Abby didn't call me about this actually - I used to be a regular at that store when I still lived at home with mom - across the street - mom made so much fun of me how the Lancome girls all knew me by name there and vice versa - but since my mother got me started on Lancome, it's her fault it's my crack! Anyways, I'm loving my products, but I still can't exactly make myself look like that day. I'm thinking I want you to play with the greens on my eyes - I have "Montage" and have never been able to make it look right or pick a good lipstick with it, etc. Also, I had a couple good size samples of Renergie at home too, so i'm glad I didn't get it that day. I like what it does, but don't like the smell. Seems too heavy or even like old ladyish smelling to me. Any suggestions on something with similar anti-aging props, but better smelling? Doesn't have to be Lancome...can't believe I"m finally able to say that! Later, Mel
meg says, I'm so excited to have you on Megsmakeup! You must have so many tricks and so much knowledge to share! Woohoo! Thanks so much for joining us! I am beyond thrilled! Love, Meg
tashagogo says, when you apply makeup on a client....do you use waterproof mascara and if the answer is yes....what brand do you use? You are gonna have so much fun on this site!!!!
mel9 says, Hi!! You look sooo beautiful in your pic - my god, YOU'RE foundation - it's absolutely perfect. And yes, I loved mine. Haven't tried to duplicate it yet, as I"m trying to get rid of some major acne first - not from Lancome (of course!) - just the ones I was developing that day went full blown! I tried some tea tree oil based on Desert Doll's suggestion and it seems to be working pretty good. So I agree that the artliner is just the best. I actually miss the old liquid liner they sold (name?) with the tiny paint brush applicator - I could work that one even better. I do like this pencil though - it goes on way smoother than the old ones, just like you said. So I'm practicing with Alex's makeup tricks - most definitely don't look quite like that day, but I have a feeling your foundation applic. has alot to do with it too. So, enjoy this site - it's such a blast and yes!!! keep me informed of events. Will you be working at Partridge Creek now?
tashagogo says, Hi pretty ....welcome to the MM Family :-)
mel9 says, Welcome Carmaqara!! You look very familiar...are you my foundation applying guru from yesterday??? If so, I need to change my profile to give YOU credit for applying it, not Alex!! Either way, welcome and enjoy the site-it's the best!! Mel
