I can't live without this product...

Super glossy and shiny, plumps up the lips a bit, but like most, it doesn't last long. Always use right before leaving the house. I apply lip liner lst, then gloss. Lip color goes on about 10 min later, after the stingy subsides and then I blot up a bit so that the lip color can stick.

Immortelle Night Serum, L'Occitane

It's dry oil I apply at night on my face and lips. Sometimes, I will apply a night cream on top of it. Just depends if my skin is on the dry side that day. But I tend to have combo skin and so it varies on the weather. It's so fabulous without feeling oily/greasy. Soaks into the skin and WOW, in the a.m. my skin is so very smooth and silky soft.

My secret beauty recipe and best makeup tips...

When applying a self-tanning/tinted lotion to my legs, I used to get a line around my ankle and heel area. Now, I just dilute the self-tanner with a little body lotion and blend it in around that area. Also, this diluting technique works for the knee area, too. For some reason the knees soak up the tanner stuff and turn darker than the leg area. The rest of my legs, thighs and body get the full strengh treatment. Seems to work just fine and no more telltale lines.

How long does it really take me to get ready? What's my beauty routine?

1.5 hours, if I am going out at night....I don't like to rush. I love primping, but I can throw on some quick fixes in about 25min, for just running around on the weekends. Workdays, hummm, well that all depends on how long my a.m. shower takes, probably 45mins, but then I don't really glam it up, either.
