SIMPLE SKINCARE! REVITALIZING EYE ROLLER!

Is there anything that's really "simple" anymore? Goddess Granny truly is beginning to believe that the "older" I get, the less I know! Most things have become more complicated and time-consuming as well as more prone to drama than I would have ever believed! Now I am not saying I would be ready or able to give up things that make my life basically livable. I will say that fewer choices and things that work for me have become my goal: think of it as editing it all down to what matters, what is possible, and what you enjoy and then amplify and dream big from there! One perfect designer or custom-tailored dress works well because you KNOW you'll look and feel amazing in a pinch every time you put it on…then you might consider adding another in a different color and so on until you have created the closet (and if you're lucky!) and life-style of one's dreams! No more throw-away clothing you end up spending more on that fits you terribly and there is much to be said for "keeping it simple" but it's NOT always that easy to do!
I have a long way to go but what I'm not doing anymore is adhering to my notion that "more expensive must be better" because lately I've noticed that prices are soaring while quality and content are diminishing! I'll tell on myself and admit that recently I spent a ton of cash on an extremely "exclusive" skin care line: the packaging was glass and elegant, the products were extremely pure and "endorsed/used" by a woman who is basically flawless, and because my skin fights me daily, I wanted to see if a line of this renowned quality would truly make a difference. It did not.
Lovely to use, I felt fancy applying, but other than a bit of reduction in dryness, my skin really didn't achieve that gilded-glow I had hoped for!
I am continuing to sample skin care products that are "pure": if you know me "natural" isn't a notion I hold onto to for the most part. Some things can be improved upon in many cases but pure in the sense that chemicals and nasty ingredients are not involved or minimized and that what's inside contains ingredients that will WORK even if they're not expensive! Since 1960 (even I was young then!) "Simple Skincare" has reigned as the UK's "number one" line of skincare products and was designed to care for even THE most sensitive skins without any ingredients known to cause adverse reactions of any kind! No perfumes, no colorants, no chemicals fillers,no fancy packaging…just simple products that cleanse and care for skin and that women love to use and can afford!
I've seen this line in a number of mass-retailers recently and figured I needed to try SOMETHING from the wide range of cleansers, wipes and moisturizers so I grabbed the "Revitalizing Eye Roller" without having high expectations or going broke…yet again I was humbled by this not so simple product! Cool green tube with a sassy little rollerball that delivers a smoothing and soothing blend of vitamins, cucumber extract, and glycerin that glides on and de-puffs almost instantly with no effort! It's a very light gel and there's no need to pat or touch your eye area: simply roll it on and be delighted! It sets almost instantly: I've tried it under a number of under eye concealers and it's perfect as a base…some eye products are not! Nothing fussy and this little cutie delivers great results and a much nice eye area without tugging or waiting for anything to soak in so you can apply your makeup! Yet again I took a chance without having a clue as to "what" I was buying and am absolutely delighted about my "find!"
The "Simple" website is clean and serene and you can order online or check out your local mass-retailers to see if they have it yet.I am planning to try MANY more of their products because this brand has years of delighted British women singing their praises and I do believe for those of us with sensitive skin, "Simple Skincare" might just be a really great product to have here in the US as well!

This is a great product to introduce even the younger ones to skin-care habits early and it's so nice and easy to use! I'm thinking one in the fridge as well as one in my purse for the warmer months because it really gives you a visual and emotional "lift" as well as helping to ease that dryness under the eye almost everyone suffers from!
Do you use products for the delicate eye-are religiously too? It's the one place I feel needs a little boost everyday!

As the weather heats up I am enjoying using a gel eye treatment. I'm currently using a sample of Clinique's all about eyes serum with a roller ball. When that is gone I will definitely take a look at this being a replacement.
I am currently using two eye creams...both ole henriksen. I use the total truth eye cream for day as it has spf protection, and I use his fresh start eye cream at night because the spf burns the heck outta my eyes without my contacts in to protect them. both are quite thick, and the latter almost feels like more of a balm....I love the consistency. I don't know that I EVER see a difference around my eyes, but i've been very consistent with eye treatments since the age of about 25. I don't have any lines yet at a month shy of 33, but smoke and have dry skin to brgin with, so i'm trying to ward off the inevitable for as long as possible. i'm so glad that you reviewed a simple product because i've been very interested in this line as an alternative to my usual that would be more affordable....i'm very sensitive and wanted someone else's input before using myself as a guinea pig. I looked the line over a few times, and i'm a bit disappointed that I have not seen a lotion cleanser...that's about all my skin will tolerate.

Ole henrikson's brand is pretty pricey, i have been looking into getting his "three little wonders set" do you find his products worht the money, and do they last long. Thank you, any info would help :)
I do not use an eye gel but should be.
I'm not using any eye cream at the moment!
I have seen this brand recently even in the grocery store. I pick it up and then I put it down because I can't remember why I am interested in it. I did know that it is the number one selling brand in the UK and I saw it in real Boots stores in Thailand and Sasa in Hong Kong. REAL Boots stores are so cool! Meg, do you need a foreign correspondent? You just have to pay for my living, wardrobe, transportation and indidentals. Is a Prada bag incidental. Anyway,I will try this product. I would pick it up this week except I just bought the Say Yes To Blueberries eye cream that the Megettes turned me onto, I have a box from Sephora that is unopened because I just haven't had time to admire everything I bought online and I have a Clinique roller ball eye prodcut that I love that I am using too. Now about that foreign job opening I just created...........
I do use eyecream but never feel like I get any benefit. I may have to pick this one up. Thanks!
I'm alternating between different eye creams but I do prefer the roller ball ones.
I do use Bobby Brown eyecream :)
I go in streaks with my eye care - sometimes I really good about it, and then sometimes I forget for a week or two. I do try though! I recently got some samples of the Simple Cleansing Towelettes and will be trying those out the next time I travel. I've never heard of the brand, so it's good to hear a little something about them on Meg's!

i've been debating about trying out there line
What a bummer. I am always on the lookout for a great eye cream/ wrinkle treatment. Add this one to the circular file. =(
In love and lipgloss~twotoneshoes93
Just got the Garnier version of this. I'd love to compare the both of em. Too soon to tell with the Garneir one if it's making a difference, but it's soothing and cooling for sure!

I haven't tried any with a roller ball but I am all about eye creams. I know they probably won't help the wrinkles so I mainly look for moisture that won't make my eyeliner smear. The only thing worse than dry wrinkles is raccoon eye wrinkles lol. I may give this a try.

I don't use any eye creams, but I probably should now that I'm getting older (27 yrs old, lol!). I've tried one or two but couldn't tell any difference so I stopped.
I use SkinCeuticals Eye Cream, great stuff
I use eye and face serums. This product sounds interesting enough to try... Thanks!

Eye gels are a horrible product for me. It makes my eye area sticky, and then the skin sticks together and creates a wrinkle where there wasn't one there before and it takes a while to smooth back out. Eye creams are the way to go for me.
Hands up here! Eye products, ALWAYS!

I like eye gels that have a cooling effect. They seem to calm my eye puffiness, albeit short-lived. Nothing works like a good expresso in the morning!
OH this sounds great!!! when ever i cry the next day my eyes are practically swollen shut! i wonder if this will help.. puting this on my NEED list!!! :)
I've never used an eye gel, but I do use an eye cream pretty much every night. I feel with my allergies lately that a gel is needed to help calm down the puffiness.
I never had to use eye rollers or cream, but im starting to see that i might need them soon.
I use an eye gel/cream daily. I have fine lines around my eye area and I'm trying hard to keep them from getting worse.
if it has alcohol in the ingreients i will stay away, like the garnier roll on, which i loved, but will use this if it doesn't
who loves makeup? me me ME!
I have kicked around the idea of trying this skinacare line for my troubled acne and oily skin, how has this worked for you???

I've been wanting to try this line.
I've never used an eye gel, but I do have a cream that I wear every now and then that I keep in the refrigerator. I'm pretty bad about remembering to use it since it's not in the bathroom with all of my other products, but I love the feeling of it when I do. I keep seeing this line and meaning to try out the facial wipes when my Yes to Carrots wipes are all gone. I'll look into the eye gel as well; no wrinkles yet but I'm 30 and my skin is dehydrated so I should probably start on prevention.
I have been trying different eye creams and gels looks for HG. I will probably get one of these.
I use some sort of eye cream/gel/serum daily.
Gels and creams there always
i have to start using them more. I am noticing the dark baggy undereyes starting
have super sensitive skin.. with dark dark circles... still searching for the right cream
I do use a special eye product daily, but it's all natural and is from my favorite indie skincare brand, Garden of Wisdom. Their products have completely transformed my skin.
I do not use an eye gel
I never really bothered with eye creams... hmm...
I've been wanting to try that, as I really love their day cream. I might be fairly young, but my undereyes are a mess! I have huge pores, black circles, and they sink in instead of puffing :(

Ive seen this in CVS but havent tried it yet, maybe time to start
I love simple products
this looks pretty cool, ut i prefer eye creams
I got this in my Birchbox last month (full size) and I really like it. I haven't used it a enough to say that whether or not it has any lasting benefits but the instant cooling/de-puffing is nice.
