YES TO CARROTS! BABY CARROTS!
BabyLove here! A big thank you to everyone who commented on last weeks article. I don't feel so alone now knowing that a lot of you are as boring as me. I'd like to announce that as of tonight, I am officially done shopping. The stress of the holiday season has forced me into an eating frenzy, but thankfully I'll take these next few weeks to decompress.
I've gotten another drugstore baby product that is affordable to everyone, and can be found almost everywhere. I have to admit, that I've been dying to try this line, and with unsuccessful attempts to get some product for my list, I decided to buy it myself. Hopefully, I'll sweeten my proposition to their pr firm by reviewing them anyway.
If you haven't tried a Yes to Carrots, Yes to Cucumbers, Yes to Tomatoes, and recently added Yes to Blueberries product, then you're probably living under a rock somewhere. All three of these lines combine high quality fruits and vegetables with a mineral elixir from the Dead Sea to create quality products that nourish and hydrate skin and hair. 100% natural, Yes to Carrots baby carrots line is also tear free, hypoallergenic, paraben, petroleum, and SLS free. It's super affordable at $7.99, and convenient since it's another 2 in 1 product that us mothers love. The line is a perfect gift set for a mother to be where it includes a lotion, diaper cream, and bubble bath.
Yes to Carrots is a gentle foaming cleanse. I love products that foam up instead of getting all soapy dish water looking. It makes for an easy rinse, and where William has such sensitive skin, I'm assured that there's no residue hanging around to irritate him. Like a lot of the natural products we review here, the wash does smell really citrusy with just a hint of baby powder. It comes in a sturdy pump, which makes it easy for Calum (he ¡s 2.5) to manipulate. He's really pleased with himself when he does it all by himself just like William. I already mentioned that this is both a shampoo and a body 2 in 1, so it's really nice to be able to expedite the showering process. Neither of the boys showed any signs of irritation from using this, and their hair was really silky. I've said it before, but it always surprises me when a 2 in 1 leaves hair feeling soft and conditioned. Every time I use a 2 in 1, my hair feels like hay. I guess my next purchase will be their baby lotion, which I unfortunately failed to give that a sniff test when I was at the store.
Although this is my first experience with Yes to Carrots baby carrots, I have used their facial towelettes from their Yes to Cucumbers line. They cleanse, and remove make-up fantastically. A package of 30 wipes cost $5.99, and can be picked up at any local drugstore and should be on your list for this holiday season. I specifically have my eye on Yes to Blueberries complete age refresher regimen for my 30th birthday!
With four sub-lines for skin, hair, lips, and baby you can choose Yes to whatever you want and be really happy!

I lurv Yes to Carrots shampoo and conditioner. I have not yet seen Yes to Blueberries anywhere, but I already want it!
I have come across Yes to Carrots and Yes to Tomatoes but not the other 2 lines. I like the affordability of the products so I will be keeping a lookout to try the other ranges.
sounds great.
Um, why have I not heard of this? This sounds great! I love citrus smells and the price sounds great. Kyle's just about out of his baby wash so I'm going to look for this. Thanks Babylove!
Thank you for the review. I love Yes To Carrots and will be on the lookout for the Blueberries.
If I had young children I would definitely be all over this. Even in the 90's, we had a choice of Johnson and Johnson, Suave (which I am not sure I trust for younger children) and the very over-priced Mustela. And I cannot wait to try Say Yes to Blueberries. None of the stores around here (suburban DC) have it yet. So I ate some blueberries instead today.
That's a price of twenty cents per wipe. I say YES to carrots when it's on sale.
dying to try their products!~ since i dont' have a baby i wana try this for myself :) i've heard many great reviews... but atm my aunts are all using burts bees baby bee, i wonder how the two compare.

I have to say, the packaging with the baby carrots is adorable! I have only tried their regular line products. Target has a lot of Yes to Carrots products and I have yet to try something that I haven't liked.
Aww, I just want to eat a carrot right now! =]
baby carrots... sounds cute.
This sounds interesting, but it's not sold here and I'd rather be able to purchase that kind of thing locally.
I like Yes to Carrots' line but I hardly see the Yes to Baby carrots products in drugstores..

Yay a product that I can access super easy in Australia. I love the Yes lines. Ive tried a few products here and there and I think they are great. Thumbs up :)- havnt heard of Yes to Baby Carrots before though
I've seen the products (haven't seen the blueberry line) at Target, but haven't tried them yet. The Yes to Cucumbers line sounds so soothing, but I'm not sure which product I want to try first.
they carry this line at ULTA
i need some more face wipes as i just got through my ELF ones, which weren't too shabby i have to say. But yeah i should try these ones next.
who loves makeup? me me ME!
I love the Yes to Cucumbers line. I gonna have to pick this up as a stocking stuffer for Christmas.
My favorite balm of all time is Yes to Carrots (smooth and moisturizing without being sticky or greasy, and smells great), and I've been wanting to try the Cucumber and Tomatoes.. hadn't heard of Blueberries but that sounds good too! I'm all about all natural bath and body products, and have heard wonderful things about the Yes shampoos and conditioners.
I love the Yes to Carrots/Tomatoes/Cucumbers lines. I should pick this up for my cousins!
I need to check out Ulta and keep a lookout for these.
looks good!

I've tried the yes to carrots lip balm and it's great. I'd love to try the Yes to Blueberries line, it sounds so yummy!
I love the lip balm I have from them, it smells great and has a nice texture. I still can't find this line in my area though, maybe I need to look harder!

Okay, then I must be that person living under a rock, because I haven't tried any of their products. I would love to though, I am very into organic and natural, SLS-free stuff.

I love how the Yes! To Carrots brand uses all natural ingredients. This is great for both mommy and baby!
This sounds awesome!! I have their lip balms and am looking forward to the blueberry products.
OOOOH thanks for this review!!! I've checked this out numerous times and haven't purchased it because I wasn't sure I'd like it.... we've tried a FEW wash/shampoos for the lil rockstar but I always go back to Weleda. the only problem w/the weleda is the PRICE and the fact that I can't find anywhere near me that carries it so I add to the price a shipping fee.... (that irks me to no end). SO this is on my list... we're 1/2 way thru our last tube of the weleda... this was perfecting timing for this review!thnxand you should give some of BADGER'S products a try.... their calendula oil and baby balm are AWESOME for tender skin like your sons. i also like their chest rub... it's not VICKSY but it does soothe and help them breathe easier.
I like the creme I tried from them but the smell was not my favorite and it left me a little greasy. Loved the premise tho...I should try something else they make, thansk for the reminder.

I've seen these in the stores but I've never actually bought anything from them! The concept seems very nice though
I have never tried but have seen at Walgreens. Maybe I should look at it again.
