I HAVE SOME "CLASSIFIED" INFORMATION TO SHARE!

Meg here! I swear these last few posts have not been ads for the National Association Of Drugstores. I'm not even sure if that group exists but hey, if you want to mail me a check then that that would be great!
Classified Cosmetics is a real Megsmakeup.com favorite, you ladies go wild for their light airy sprays. Read the reviews on what you ladies had to say about them (just click the link and each product will bring you to a past review) Their bronzers, shimmery glazes and primers made a bunch of you die hard fans.
They've come out with some new products and I'm not going to overwhelm all of you with them in this post-we will be featuring them and reviewing them very soon-so hold tight!
Classified has cornered (and pretty much invented) the aerosal spray airbrush makeup market. If you're not rich and famous you probably don't get to enjoy the benefits of having an airbrush machine flawlessly apply your foundation. I don't think I'm going out on a limb here with that statement! How about the same experience for $14.99?
Again with the Drugstore Push! This time we are singing the praises of Duane Reade! ERA has been around for a while and it is amazing! It's not cheap but it's amazing! Don't believe me? Click on the links above to see what our reviewers said. The powers that be at Duane Read grabbed the founder of Classified Cosmetics-Yolanda, and begged her to bring her expertise to the masses. Thankfully, Yolanda agreed!
Aero Minerale is here! This week, so is celebrity favorite Yolanda! She's going to Duane Reade to greet you ladies for a Free Application lesson!
I am lucky enough to have my drugstore version of the Aero Mineral and it is wonderful! You can spray it directly on your face, I like to spray mine directly on a little sponge and then apply but hey, to each their own.
Here's a video where you can see how to do it if you can't get to see Yolanda in person! Her schedule is below-She's lovely and helpful and hey! This visit may change your complexion-for life!!
If you can't get to NYC-Make sure you "Fan" Classified Cosmetics on Facebook. A little birdie told me that they are sending out gifts and prizes to their fans!
Meet Yolanda! Tell her "Meg, said hi!"

Um, I need to try this. NOW! I was thinking about getting one of those home shopping mini makeup airbrush machines. Has any one used one of those things?
omg u guys! meg sent me some of this stuff in my beauty pack....so much fun! I'll let you know how it works out after I try it a few more times. THANKS MEG!!
that is awesome! i wish i was in NY but i'll definitely become a facebook fan :)
I know! New York City is an epic epicenter for everything. SO jealous!
This looks so fun and interesting...I just checked out the website..they have an automatch feature where you input your brand of foundation, formulation, and shade, and it pops out what color you should wear in theirs...I'm gonna have to try this stuff out. I've always been intrigued by airbrush foundations...I wanted to try the small size, but they're all sold out.

I've been thinking about spray foundation lately because cream and liquid has been looking a little heavy :( The product looks good, but the chimes in the video are a little weird :-P

Wow! I gotta try this!hmm ive been saying that a lot lately! I gotta stop reading all these reviews!

I hate foundation so much! But maybe just maybe this is the way to go. I can't stand something really heavy on my skin. I would assume that this feels very light. Is it good for the oily ladies?
This aerosol makeup looks great. I love the video and I went to the website to check out their products. I wish I was in New York because I would definitely go to an event. But I will join facebook to become one of her fans.
Wow this stuff looks great! I tried Sally Hansen's version of aerosol foundation a couple years ago and it was way too yellow for my skin and didn't do much for me. I'm so glad there's another affordable brand out there! One question- where can I buy it for 15 bucks?!? I can't seem to find that price anywhere! I followed the link posted and they suggested my shade as "Light Butterscotch". Even the name of the color sounds delicious! I've watched in envy as other ladies were allowed to look perfectly airbrush as if they were stars with their Dior SkinFlash but now we, the peons can have a look to inspire envy as well!
I was thrilled to receive this product in "Bare" from Meg. It was the perfect color for my fair skin. I must say that I am a huge fan of Classified Cosmetics. I really love their Era Primer and Era Glaze. I am so excited they have created the more affordable Aero Minerale line. I could not tell the difference between this and the more expensive version. I used a makeup sponge to apply -- it felt like whipped mousse on my skin. It dried to a perfect dewy finish - no oily shine! This light coverage foundation will be perfect for the summer. I will definitely buy more in the future - for $14.99 you can't go wrong!
The video and writing is really great. I want to know how long the makeup will like, as in, how large is the bottle? also, what about the application...when she sprays, i see over half of the mist completely being wasted. I do not know if this can be avoided, but I would not want to waste it. Plus I would be the one to do it in the guest bathroom in from of white towels. They would get a little treat to see the tan outline of my body on their hanging towels :)

I also lucked out with the Sally Hansen, but, this looks promising. And I second the request for more info on the tv airbrush system. I have pondered that one, but, haven't taken the plunge yet.
I remember trying on Dior Airflash foundation randomly at a random place, I didn't even know how special and expensive it was, only that my skin looked amazing after. I hear Sally Hansen's is great! I've never heard or seen of classified cosmetics....
I'm guessing this would be better than Sally Hansen's. I wish I lived in NYC!
I tried the Dior aerosol foundation when it came out a couple of years ago, but didn't really love it, especially since it was so pricy. I will have to try this one - and I will try using a sponge instead of misting the entire bathroom, like I did with the Dior!
I have heard WONDERFUL things about this line of makeup and would love to try, haven't found a retailer locally though...
I want this NOW! Do you think it would cover acne? My expirence with foundation usually is disheartening (to say the least). Hmmmmmmm, birthday wishlist maybe?-Allya (http://paintedtips.blogspot.com/)
I am ordering some of this right now, has anyone else used it and loved it? Any bad experiences with it? I am ordering the base, primer, shimmer and bronzer.
Ive been wanting to try airbrush foundations for ages-Anytime someones makeup looks flawless and barely there in a film its always airbrush foundation but then you look for the brand and you have to get a huge expensive machine as well as foundation(try fitting that in a handbag for reapplication)this would be the purse friendly option.

Wow...what else can I say.Okay, just kidding. I have plenty more to say.1. Is this mineral foundation? (I couldn't figure it out on the website, which I am only 1/2 sure was the right one)2. Does it give good coverage? My face is kind of red around the nose & chin and I tend to like no one else seeing that. 3. Does it rub off. Have you ever tried a foundation only to lean in and give someone a hug and...whoops, 1/2 your face has ended up on their shirt.I think I will look for the drug store version.

Holy bananas! I just found this and I really really wish I could order this this minute. I have been wanting an airbrush application system of my own but they are anywhere from $250-$500 and then what if it didn't work really well for me, or like most other foundations, slid off my oily skin a few hours after I took so much care to put it on. I've seen the reviews and this is the perfect way to test it airbrush makeup and see how it works for me. I swear, everyday I uncover another awesome surprise on MM.

I had a bad experience with aerosol foundation. But it is fab. I went to an exclusive Dior makeover at Nordstroms. There was a famous makeup artist there for one afternoon. Well, long story short I was scaring people when I left there. Seriously. I had the usual expected caked on makeover ammount of eyeshadow, but the real horror was the spray foundation that she used. It was all, and I mean all over my hair and white blouse. Oohhh. I had to go to the post office after. I will never forget the look on the mans face at the counter. I don't think he will forget my face either. Girls, apply aerosol foundation with care! (by the way it made my skin look so great. I still won't go near it though, but it is wonderful)
The automatch thing is right on. I have been spending way tooooo much for Dior's spray foundation which I use when I have a big evening out. I do use a towel when I spray it on and put a little astringent of a cotton ball and go around my hairline.
this looks amazing! i really want to try this!
this looks really nice!
sounds great!
Tried the Sally Hansen and it was too yellow. Will give this a try.
Wow, didn't know this had been around this long. I'm struggling with the bronzer in Malibu, Difficulties! Maybe I'm just not coordinated. I like a lot of stuff about it, like it's simple, and I even like the glow and the color. But I'm just having a rough time with application...
